Behavioral Health Clinician
DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre is seeking a full-time behavioral health therapist. This position is office based. Working under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, is responsible for providing direct client services that address DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre's mission and are provided in a manner consistent with the organization's vision and values. DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre is a growing and innovative organization looking for passionate individuals to help creatively address mental health and substance use issues. This position has the potential to utilize flex hours to best serve the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities and Duties
● Provides individual, group, family, and couples psychotherapy under clinical supervision to adults
● Provides diagnostic assessments under clinical supervision
● Work with administrative/team managers in order to improve the quality of services through on-going studies of existing services, and needs assessment for improvement and revisions
● Direct knowledge of substance abuse, correct documentation procedures, and current therapeutic methods.
Qualifications and Skills
● Graduated from an accredited college/university
● Must have one of the following licenses: LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LCDC II/III, LICDC
● Must be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
● Competent in the twelve core counseling functions: -Screening -Counseling -Report/Record Keeping-Intake -Case Management -Consultation -Orientation -Crisis Intervention-Assessment -Client Education-Treatment Planning -Referral
● Minimum of one (1) years experience in a substance abuse facility or a combination of substance abuse and mental health.
