Marketing Manager

300 Engineering Group, P.A. is actively seeking a creative and personable Manager in our Miami, FL office.

Development of marketing proposals, which may include ensuring that documents are secure and in line with company standards, facilitating the proposal review process, and guiding the production of the final draft. Develop proposals and statements of qualifications in response to requests for proposals or qualifications (RFPs/RFQs), as well as PowerPoint presentations, and other written and/or designed marketing materials for engineering services to meet the requirements and deadlines of clients. The Marketing Coordinator will also coordinate and assist with the marketing activities of a product or business line which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows.

Prospective candidate must have a minimum comprehensive Marketing or related field experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
  • Primary point of contact for internal customers initiating work within the department or checking the status of jobs already in progress
  • Assists with the daily operation of the marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; and verifying receipt of orders
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production through booth scheduling and shipping, collateral coordination and premium ordering
  • Assists in identifying and analyzing competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborates with other departments and order to produce exceptional promotional materials
  • Consistently generate clear product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new product and service launches
  • Assists with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
  • Coordinates staff promotional events as needed

Additional Responsibilities:
·       Prepare newsletters (email campaign) to send out to internal staff on a monthly basis
·       Manage all tasks to be executed for social media/ networking platforms
·       Coordinate on a weekly basis with engineers (on-site) for jobsite visits (this will facilitate for some content to showcase on social platforms)
·   Design graphics for social media posts/ must be active on all platforms daily
·    In charge of coordinating orders for PPE items/ marketing materials
·   Manage all of the firms/staff professional certificates and licenses, responsible for keeping them all up-to-date
·   Manage the design/ development/ content on 300 Engineering’s website (Wix.com) on an as needed basis
·   Commute to 300 office location on an as-needed-basis to pick up or drop off PPE items/ promotional materials/ display certificates and licenses

Minimum Requirements
The Ideal Candidate shall possess the following Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field
  • 2+ years of related experience

Skill Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Analytics, Content Management Programs, and Email and Marketing Software. Self-motivated. Ability to manage and perform in a multi-tasking environment. Work creatively with limited resources. Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects. Ability to work on multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously and able to complete work to deadlines with little direct supervision. Excellent verbal and written skills.
