Job Description
Project Directors play an integral role on project teams and have the opportunity to work with management on all aspects of the research process. Project Directors will work with the project team to help design quantitative and qualitative questionnaires and discussion guides, program research studies, prepare research data, and help write reports or presentations.
At Directive Analytics, we believe it is important for Project Directors to have a holistic understanding of the Market Research process. Project Directors will receive a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of qualitative and quantitative market research. Project Directors will be trained to use programming, data analysis, and data tabulation software to assist in their daily responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks may include questionnaire/guide development, programming and quality assurance of online surveys, data tabulation, coding, moderating bulletin board focus groups, creating reports in PowerPoint.
Project Directors must be highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time. Project Directors also need to be able to work in a team environment.
Required Skills
  • Minimum Bachelors degree, preferably in the Social Sciences or Marketing. Coursework in statistics or quantitative methods a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong quantitative and analytical aptitude is required.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. SPSS is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to quality and strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
