Student Classroom Technician, Cockrell School of Engineering
Are you interested in flexible hours and the opportunity to study while you work? As a student assistant you will learn technical troubleshooting skills, gain IT and audiovisual work experience, and gain valuable work experience add to your resume. No experience needed, and training will be provided!
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring classroom support hotline and responding to calls with either remote or in-person troubleshooting of classroom technology
- Performing routine classroom system operational checks of technology and facilities, including technology such as computers, projectors, document cameras, markers, erasers, general state of classroom, etc.
- Replace classroom supplies and sanitize classroom podiums
- Assist full time staff members with research and special projects as assigned

Scheduling:
Must be able to work 6:30 - 8:00 AM, and 3:00 pm - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
- 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM (Room checks)
- 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Lunch Coverage)
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Closing)
