2022 Technology Analyst Program: Application Development (NYC/NJ)

Job Purpose

Fiserv's Technology Analyst Program – Application Development is an early career development program where candidates experience two one-year assignments in Application Development. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience in the business world and unique to you!


We are looking for recent university graduates with drive, passion, and an evolving target for their careers. The best and brightest will be the firm's future support system, a pipeline of top talent for positions in vital technology areas across the firm. Training curriculum, mentoring, on the job learning, and exposure to senior leadership will be offered in these entry-level opportunities to advance within our company upon completing the two-year program.


Fiserv Analyst rotations will have two start dates: January 24, 2022 and June 24, 2022.

As a part of the Technology Analyst Program – Application Development, you will have the opportunity to code, programming, test, and analyze application software. Support existing business systems applications. May consult with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions—design and document moderately sophisticated technical requirements for business applications. Assist a team in design and develop computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on user-defined conditions. Writes code, programs, tests, and analyzes new application software.


Qualifications:

Recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree program

3.0 + GPA

Interest in learning and using emerging technologies (Mobile, payments, cloud computing, information security, and converging markets)

Understanding of development processes and life cycles preferred (SCRUM/Agile and Waterfall)

Must have sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint knowledge

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities

A range of college majors are considered based on specific needs of department such as: Computer Science, Network Engineering, Engineering, Software Development, but willing to train the right candidate.
