Requisition Summary
Develop, author, and publish field repair documents, Federal Safety and Emissions Recalls, and other information intended for Peterbilt dealer service technicians and customers. 
Job Functions / Responsibilities
·        Author, edit and coordinate the publishing of written and visual service information into structured HTML or XML format within PACCAR.net.
·        Research product information based on input from subject matter experts (SME), engineering specifications/schematics, and production.
·        Ensure product documentation is produced and published promptly and adheres to PACCAR’s style guidelines and standards of accuracy, thoroughness, readability, usefulness, consistency, and organization.
·        Serve as liaison between multiple internal and external teams.
·        Report non-compliance and requested information to regulatory agencies as required.
·        Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
·        Provide technical and administrative support for dealers and customers.
·        May include vehicle population definition by utilizing the warranty system database to define vehicle populations for field actions and to support warranty personnel on campaign maintenance issues. Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain campaign mailing lists.
Required Qualifications / Skills
·        Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Adobe Suite, SharePoint, XML/PACCAR.net publishing, and Smartsheet.
·        Proactive problem solver.
·        Good organizational, schedule management and reporting skills.
·        Ability to work on diverse tasks and projects with minimal guidance.
·        Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
·        Clear and concise communication skills.
·        Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
·        BS/BA in a technical area or equivalent.
·        General knowledge of truck systems and components
·        Engineering, manufacturing, or dealer experience.
·        Experience reading engineering specifications, schematics, and drawings.
·        Standard PACCAR travel requirements, as needed, up to 25%.
