Product Development Coordinator
The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support product development execution and serve as an interface between home office and overseas office
- Manage development and commercialization calendars
- Maintain sampling/prototype processes and protocols by tracking samples to ensure on time delivery
- Communicate aesthetic, material, and spec changes to overseas office
- Review and manage confirmation samples
- Record all notes from review meetings
- Serve as interface with QC department and overseas factories
Qualifications:
- Self motivated, task oriented, and able to prioritize tasks as needed
- Highly organized and dependable
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- College degree preferable
