Work Study: Travel Administration Assistant Position
To provide administrative and communications assistance to the Jackson School Business Services Office for faculty, staff, and students at the Jackson School in obtaining
- travel authorizations
- information to current rules regarding travel
- travel reimbursements
- status updates
Through this work experience, a student will learn how to:
- Perform detailed administrative task
- Plan and prioritize assigned tasks
- Access and communicate administrative information
- Customer service and stakeholder communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
- experience managing multiple tasks with the need to prioritize
- ability to coordinate with team members to allow for seamless processing
