Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or License Eligible)

Knowledge:
- Experience with and ability to implement theoretical knowledge required to engage clients, diagnose, assess, create treatment plans, provide crisis intervention and provide clinical services to individuals and families
- Familiar with and abides by the National Association of Social Worker’s Code of Professional Ethics
- Updates professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and otherwise maintaining the CEU requirements as set forth by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency
Abilities:
- Represents the agency in a professional manner and maintain client confidentiality as outlined in HIPAA guidelines
- Keeps accurate and timely records per policies and procedures (including Initial Assessments, Progress Notes, Goal Plans and Updates, paperwork and forms required by insurance companies and/or other entities paying for services, as well as timely closing of files) and maintain program statistics for agency in regards to funding sources and contract obligations
Skills:
- Must have good written and oral communication skills
- Must have high level of operating competency with computer and the computer software related to the position
- Possesses the ability to operate Word, Outlook, the internet, and any other software required in performing the job
Physical Essentials:
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of meeting with clients, maintaining productivity expectations, and timely completion of paperwork.
Credentials/Experience:
- Required: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology
- Required: A current license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) in the State of Indiana (Note: Full licensure preferred. LMHCA, LMFTA, LSW, etc. may be considered)
- Required: In good standing with the Indiana State licensing board
- Required: Willing to comply with Willowstone’s non-compete policy
- Plus: 3+ years post-license experience is a plus, but not required
- Plus: Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Plus: EMDR experience is a plus, but not required
