Planner...Site Plan Entitlements

Flynn Engineering in Lauderdale by the Sea, FL is looking to hire in our Planning/Site Plan Entitlement division. Candidate preferably will have a degree in Planning or Civil Engineering and also must be a team player. AutoCad skills are a must along with organization and attention to detail and follow up. Candidate will work closely with developer clients, local land use attorneys and the project design team in routing each project through the municipal site plan entitlement processes. Candidate must possess a BS in Urban Regional Planning, Landscape Architecture, or Civil Engineering.

Salary is negotiable.
