
Director, Sales - Remote
Description
Working with the entire sales, sales support, marketing and service organizations, the Director, Sales role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Development of membership sales at XO
- Accountability for achievement of published membership quota per quarter
- Clear and visible pipeline management via provides CRM
- Direct responsibility for following up on new leads and referrals resulting from multiple lead sources
- Understand customer trip needs and articulating options to best suit individual customer requirements
- Ensure operators meet quality assurance standards to provide the highest levels of customer service to our clients
- Contract management and negotiations
- Preparation and submittal of sales proposals and materials
- Consistently meets/exceeds targets
- Is a trusted peer, mentor, and coach
- Is a brand leader and serves as an ambassador of the XO Culture
This position has a $60,000 base + uncapped commission.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in Inbound and Outbound Selling
- Deep understanding of Sales Pipeline Management
- Versed at presenting/navigating and selling at the C-Level
- Comfortable at presenting to larger groups, trade-show’s etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactive approach to problem solving; ability to prioritize and manage competing needs and fully understand XO’s clients’ objectives and the tone of the marketplace
- The ability to gain respect and form advisory relationships with clients and influencers and forge lasting business relationships
- A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required
