Rookie 2022 Summer League Internship - Sales & Operations
As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.
To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate between December of 2022 and June 2023.
Potential Placement Areas:
Sales
Sales Rookies support our teams in driving our business and the UA brand within our strategic accounts (retail partners). They may assist with selling strategies working with internal cross-functional partners from Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Planning – to help ensure products are powerfully positioned to drive revenue within these wholesale channels. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business Operations, Business Administration/Management, Retail Studies, Communications, or Psychology
Store Operations
Store Operations Rookies support our teams with the creation and implementation of store operations standards across the globe. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Economics, or Retail Studies.
