About the role
We are looking for energetic, mobile, career minded and ambitious Early Career\Graduates candidates to join Kerry. Joining Kerry gives you an opportunity to continue developing and learning with our graduate development program, as well an opportunity to work on a cross-functional business project. Kerry has had success with graduates that have joined the organization and have accelerated and progressed their careers. Many past members of the graduate program now hold Senior Leadership positions in the organization today.

Key responsibilities
Our Supply Chain Grads are extremely important to our team. We will rely on you to support business objectives, demand planning and data integrity projects. As a team member, you’ll support the business by working with top customers as the supply chain contact, work cross functionally with our numerous manufacturing sites and helping the business grow by working on acquisition due diligence projects. You’ll need to be strong within excel as you will work with data every day. You will report monthly on capacity reports, supplier audits and present the data to your team and colleagues.
This is a two-year grad program, after which you’ll transfer into a non-grad role.

Qualifications and skills
- A Bachelor’s Degree Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year accredited college or university in Accounting, Applied Economics, Finance, Quantitative Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Business Operations Management or related field of study.
- Do you have experience in advanced analytical, planning or problem solving? Great! You’ll use those skills everyday with Kerry.
- Do you know the value of a great team? Teamwork is one of our values and critical to everyone’s success.
- Do you have experience in manufacturing? This will help you be successful more quickly in this role.
- GPA Requirement: 3.0 and above grad, supply chain grad, beloit, grad program, Kerry, relocation, global grad program,
