Clinical Counselor - Adolescent
Do you have a passion for working with adolescents and families? Youth Outreach Services is looking for compassionate, dedicated people in the greater Chicagoland area who want to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.
Under the direction of the Program Managers, the Clinical Counselor provides direct service to clients, accomplished through individual, group and family counseling, outreach in the community, collaboration with referral sources, area police departments, probation services and other community agencies. This program provides clinical services to adolescent clients who have had problematic sexual behavior. This is primarily done through group counseling with some individual and family counseling. We utilize a nationally recognized evidence-based model of treatment. Extensive training and consultation is provided. Excellent opportunity for new grads to develop their clinical skills!
