About this Position
The Business Development Specialist is an important component of the Growth Team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Business Development Specialist will support the continued growth of NetElixir by generating continued leads and
What You’ll Be Doing:
 
You will…
 
𝔁 Build: Proactively strategizing customer outreach, which results in responses and active sales prospect communication. Follow up on new business opportunities and conduct a thorough discovery process. Effectively qualify leads by determining the goodness of fit with our services, addressing pain points, and setting the stage for a successful capabilities demo. Build a strong and steady pipeline of sales opportunities that convert into new customer wins.
 
𝔁 Win as One Team: Collaborate with Partnership and Marketing teams to generate leads through LinkedIn, engaging emails, phone calls, and various other responsible contact strategies. Leverage global, cross-departmental interactions to facilitate successful accomplishment of Sales Team initiatives. Win as One Team.
           
𝔁 Grow: Document all conversations so that the sales conversations become structured, fluid and measurable. Use Salesforce to report individual results weekly and assess the impact that you are making to the business. Understand target markets, including industry, company, and contacts around which market strategies can attract new clients (be a student of the game). Have the ambition and drive for rapid career progression.
 
How You Will Succeed
 
𝔁 Be an empathetic sales professional, and uncover the sales prospect’s needs by conducting BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) and GPCT (Goals, Plans, Challenges, Timeline) of prospective clients.
𝔁 You’re naturally assertive and outgoing with a strong ability to “read” people, which gives you the upper hand on putting deals together (something you thrive on).
𝔁 You consider yourself solution-focused, and you don’t hear or acknowledge negativity; the word “no” is a challenge, not a threat.
𝔁 You are comfortable leveraging 3rd party tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate insights that help in engaging sales prospects.
𝔁 You’re a proactive and convergent thinker with an optimistic and charismatic communication style. You like to win.
 
You have…
 
𝔁 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or another related field
𝔁 2-3 years of experience in a quota required position
𝔁 Experience with a Digital Marketing Agency a plus
𝔁 Proficient in Microsoft Office
𝔁 Strong client communication and time management skills
𝔁 Goal driven, creative and persistent
𝔁 Outstanding analytical and Problem-Solving skills
𝔁 Focus on client satisfaction
