This position will play an integral role in assisting our general manager and sales associates. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to multi-task as well as a friendly demeanor.
Office Administrator Job Duties:
• Assists manager/staff in maintaining files and sales order notes
• Prepares reports, delivery manifests
• Completes assigned jobs and duties as needed
• Monitors office operations
• Serves as the go-to for service and office inquiries
• Verifies sales orders have signatures and filled out completely
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
• Reviews every sales order for accuracy in delivery address, sku’s, colors, and payments
• Files previous day's business and input balance numbers to register screen. In some store locations completes the deposits
• Pulls previous day finalized orders
• Reviews next delivery day orders/check balances and addresses
• Prints tags and updates promotional signage when needed
• Inputs sales orders and submits finance applications when needed
