Treasury Customer Service Representative 6-E8

The Collection Services Bureau is looking for an honest, motivated, and hardworking individual with a positive attitude and strong ethical standards to provide excellent customer service to our debtors and/or their authorized representatives in order to resolve various debts collected by the Michigan Department of Treasury. This position provides options for debtors to successfully resolve their balances in a contact center environment using knowledge base and case management tools. The position utilizes various methods of communication in efforts to resolve delinquent treasury accounts including telephone calls, faxing and emailing. This is a fast-paced and exciting environment with plenty of opportunity to grow and advance your career within The Michigan Department of Treasury.
