Recruitment Intern
Job Description
The Recruitment Intern will work in partnership with the Shared Services Recruiting team to support recruitment and onboarding for Omni Hotels and Resorts.
Responsibilities
- Support in all the recruiting activities and in building candidate relationship in the community
- Communicate consisently through meetings and correspondence to ensure a well communicated hiring process to both hiring managers and candidates
- Track candidates in ATS
- Coordinate interview schedules
- Conduct reference checks and background checks
- Generate and present offer letters
- Prepare all new hire packets and orientation packets
- Disposition candidates
- Attend regular department meetings
- Support other HR related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in an administrative role
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows. Advanced skills with PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel required.
- Experience in using HRIS and/or Applicant Tracking System preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, handle employee matters effectively and employee inquiries with sensitivity
