Customer Service Manager - Work Remote

Due to Covid restrictions, this is a remote position and this may continue once restrictions are lifted. Spoke Logistics is redefining Last-Mile Logistics and simultaneously experiencing unrivaled growth in the industry. We are looking for a talented candidate who is willing to work hard and learn the important aspects of this business.

Duties:
·       Order management
·       Data entry
·       Verify order details and pricing
·       Customer Service and Relationship Management
·       Call and communicate with customers on a scheduled basis
·       Assist in reporting
·       Operate and perform tasks in our transportation management software
·       Use Salesforce to maintain communication between company and clients
·       Assist in daily operations
·       Critically to think to come up with fast-paced solutions
·       Special projects
·       Other various tasks as needed
Needed skills:
·       Intermediate Excel and Microsoft office knowledge
·       CRM experience. Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
·       Detail oriented
·       Ability to multi-task
·       Strong organization skills
·       Strong communicator
·       Ability to speak with customers, service providers, and others by phone and email
·       Willingness to learn, adapt, question, and perform various duties
Preferred experience:
·       4-year degree
·       Graduating this month or within the past two years
·       0-2 years of work experience
·       Internship or College jobs a plus but not required
·       Knowledge of transportation industry is a plus but not required
·       General business acumen
