Summer Analyst - Nashville
Stream offers a ten-week rotational program that places students within the landlord and tenant representation teams. Summer Analysts interact and work alongside not only the full-time Analysts, but also the leasing and tenant representation brokers while being immersed in our firm’s unique culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attain knowledge in understanding the full spectrum of responsibilities and day-to-day tasks involved with project leasing and tenant representation
- Provide analytical and marketing support to the team
- Strive to become an expert on market / submarket
- Assist with market surveys, land and amenity maps, competitive sets, lease abstracts, and prospect reports
- Participate in property tours and stacking plans for properties
- Coordinate tour packets and sales pitch materials
- Assist with special projects as needed throughout duration of internship
- Conduct a research project and present final product to the team
- Network with real estate professionals
Qualifications
- Obtaining an undergraduate degree; preferably a rising junior or senior
- Interest in the commercial real estate industry
- Previous internship experience a plus
- Involvement on campus
- Basic knowledge or understanding of finance
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Proficient with MS Excel
