Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the processing of award activations for an assigned constituency in the Office of Sponsored Programs. This individual is responsible for Notice of Award (NOA) reviews and processing, routine correspondence, and direct communication with units as relevant to award activations. The incumbent will be responsible for modification types such as advanced account requests, budget allocations corrections, revised NOAs, demographic changes, as well as establishing sub accounts for awarded grants. The position requires strong analytical skills in addition to diplomacy, demeanor, confidentiality, and initiative. The incumbent serves as a substitute for an Administrative Coordinator who is responsible for processing award activations for another assigned constituency. The Administrative Coordinator should exhibit a strong working knowledge of software, including Microsoft Office, internet and email while maintaining meticulous attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and ability to work with other central offices and departments.
