Business Development Intern
Refresh Mental Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Business Development Intern to focus on new acquisitions and recruiting for our company centers. This individual will establish and maintain effective professional relationships with clinicians, physicians, clinic owners, brokers and referral sources and provide support for all growth opportunities.
Key Functions:
- Research and call prospective centers and clinicians that may be a potential fit for the company
- Assist in the M&A process with centers that the company engages
- Assist with clinical recruiting for each of our centers
- Drive various business development projects for the company
Requirements:
- Self Starter, not intimidated by cold calls
- Strong analytical skills and strong organizational skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Skills:
- Self-starter and ability to work with minimal oversight
- Self-awareness and effective communication with high-level executives
- Ability to build rapport with prospects
- Big picture thinker with a high degree of organizational skill and a team player
