Business Intelligence Analyst Intern - Store Operations and Experience (Summer 2022)

The Analyst for Business Intelligence is responsible for the design and development of transforming data into actionable reports and dashboard for the Stores Organization and Corporate Leadership to monitor, measure, and help stores achieve financial and operational excellence. This position is responsible for working with various business teams including Store Leaders, Human Resources, Logistics, Ecomm, Marketing, Kohl’s Technology, and Store Operations within Kohl’s cross functionally, extracting data through relational databases or cloud platforms; designing, developing, and supporting reports, dashboards, and portals using BI technologies to inform business critical decisions.
