About this Role
Invisors is looking for Data and Integration focused teammates with an understanding of the ETL process. Invisors is partnering with our live Workday customers to help key stakeholders understand how to interpret, analyze, and correct Data/Integration issues in Production environments to get the most out of their Workday application.
This role will primarily help teach Customers and Invisors Functional SME's the appropriate technique and methodology when troubleshooting common Data/Integration issues. The team member will help outline additional responsibilities related to Integrations and Data Management processes within Customer environments as we develop Post-Production Support methodology. Also, the Integrations Support Consultant will support Phase X projects to help design, build, test and deliver new integrations for Live Customers as well as help them manage a request log for integration production inquiries and/or enhancement requests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support Phase X projects to help design, build, test and deliver new integrations for Live Customers
  • Manage Customers’ request logs for integration production inquiries and/or enhancement requests
  • Assist in integration impact analysis for Customers’ Workday Release Planning and tenant optimization assessments
  • Lead Customer Integrations and Data Administrators through Knowledge Transfer and troubleshooting
  • Teach Customers the appropriate methodology around Production Data Management
  • Work with Integrations and Data Administrators through error handling and system monitoring
  • Help Customers identify system risks for new functionality
  • Escalate Workday program challenges and risks
  • Enhance Customers Integration experience through tailored support model
 
Relevant skills and experience:
  • Experience with systems and data processing
  • Understanding of ETL Process
  • Experience with Data Integrity Management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Customer stakeholders
  • Experience or exposure with Workday preferred but not required
