Growth Strategy Manager

Job Responsibilities:
You will play a critical role within our growth strategy team. Specifically, you will build and lead a team responsible for new business development, engagement with current customers and partners, and data analytics. Ultimately you and your team will drive strategic, aggressive company growth – gaining an unparalleled level of responsibility, client exposure, and professional development. A sample of activities includes:
- Helping form the team’s new product strategies
- Developing sales and marketing strategies for new customer acquisition
- Analyzing complex datasets to draw meaningful business and market insights
- Translating those insights into compelling value creation narratives
- Expanding business relationships with our current customers
- Regularly interfacing with industry executives
- Fully owning account relationships and outcomes
- Leading team projects and managing Associates
Who are We Looking For:
We are looking for a smart, hardworking leader to own business results in a collaborative, team-based environment. Some other things we are looking for include:
- Degree from a top tier graduate program (preference for MBA)
- 5-10 years of professional work experience (consulting background preferred)
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort with data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and challenges independently
- Preference for a fast-paced entrepreneurial culture
- Exceptional workplan management skills
