Entry Level Management Sales and Customer Service Training and Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

We all know what it’s like to be the new kid on the team so we are dedicated to providing the best daily training to guarantee success because when YOU WIN, WE WIN TOGETHER!

  • The first week of training will consists of learning and practicing sales fundamentals and customer service skills
  • Follow standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service throughout the sales process
  •  Be a stellar brand ambassador for our energy client by building rapport with customers and answer any questions
  • Implement sales strategies to acquire new customers
  • Work in team settings to boost morale and adopt a team mentality on the sales floor
  • Manage sales data entry software

Advancement Opportunities:
Top team members will be cross-trained in operational management and leadership to take on roles such as team lead, trainer, branch manager and organization director. 
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous sales experience is not required
  • 2-4 years degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
