Talent Agency Assistant - Remote Intern

RIGHTEOUS TALENT LLC is a reputable and expanding source of diverse talent. As such, we are interested in a variety of candidates, including but not limited to Union and Non-Union talent, as well as seniors, adults, teens, and children. Based in the tri-state area, RIGHTEOUS TALENT’S services include offering performers full representation for commercials, television, film, voice-overs, print and runway modeling, dance, hosting, motion capture, radio, theater, book publishing, and much more! Our team also provides both management and consulting services for small businesses in the industry.
We are looking for interns to assist our agencies day-to-day tasks. This internship is UNPAID and REMOTE. Hours are flexible. Interns will handle various aspects of the industry, including submitting talent to national projects, communicating with industry professionals, managing talent contracts, marketing, social media management, and much more.
Minimum Qualifications
• 1 year experience working as an assistant or in office management (within the entertainment industries preferred)
• Computer proficient and excellent writing skills required
• Ability to articulate professionally on the phone and make phone calls to industry professionals
• Knowledge of the entertainment industry a plus
• Basic knowledge of using Google Drive and Google Workspace
• Excellent at multitasking, outgoing and assertive personality
• Ability to handle pressure and act professionally in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and quick thinking are required
• Knowledge of Casting Websites is a plus
• Unpaid Internship. Company willing to work with candidate to obtain academic credit
• Commitment: 5 months minimum
• Interns may volunteer to work a minimum of 10 -15 hours per week. Hours are flexible.

3) Do you know how to create a website? Are you familiar with legal agreements and/or talent agreements? (Depending on the intern position applied for)

7) When would you be able to start the internship? (Summer, Fall Winter or Spring) Can you commit to a minimum of 5 months?
