Loyalty Program Manager, Marketing - Lakeland

The Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for leveraging customer data to develop, implement, and maintain loyalty programs that engage and move customers (Publix & GreenWise Market) through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) lifecycle from acquisition to long-term advocacy, ultimately driving incremental sales and deepening brand loyalty.

Additional responsibilities include: 
  • lead, design, launch and optimize loyalty-drive campaigns for corporate communications strategies intended to drive company sales and profits, as well as building brand equity
  • determine the communication strategy and initiating the Communication Matrix (a document that highlights the distribution of activities across channels and identifies the timing and budget parameters) for corporate loyalty & CRM campaigns to increase customer acquisition, activation, retention, loyalty, and advocacy 
  • provide expert loyalty & CRM counsel and best practices to internal and external resources (e.g., Brand Managers, Integrated Marketing Managers, external agencies, etc.) on communication opportunities that can be leveraged within current marketing campaigns to increase loyalty and maximize sales and profits by enhancing customer relationships
  • manage assigned campaign budget allocations loyalty marketing campaigns to ensure they are on time, fulfill communication strategy and are on budget 
  • dedicate time to Marketing innovation and quality improvement
  • manage special Marketing Communications related assignments

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years of CRM marketing communications experience working with project budgets
  • Knowledge of CRM marketing principles, processes, techniques, and marketing communications planning and segmentation methods
  • Knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of print (magazine, direct mail, newspaper,) broadcast (radio and TV) digital and social communication channels (online) and their related production methods
  • Knowledge of the resources the Marketing department provides to support other Publix departments
  • Knowledge of Retail, Corporate Purchasing and other Publix Support Departments’ operations
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management computer software programs
  • Knowledge of CRM tools for campaign management, email marketing, marketing automation, business Intelligence and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of six years’ experience in CRM marketing communications in a large company/retailer with budget management responsibilities
  • Knowledge of retail organizational

Minimum Base Pay:
5,240

Maximum Base Pay:
7,890

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus:
68,120 - 102,570

Year End Bonus:
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
