Data Analyst

Ugam, a Merkle company and part Dentsu, is looking for Data Analyst.

The Analyst role will consult the clients by analyzing key business problems, infer results and generating meaningful insights. The role is based at the client location ( temporarily remote).

·      Identify and translate client need to a defined business problem; define a solution from business process Create realistic project plans, coordinate & manage projects across global teams with multiple Ugam and client stake-holders
·      Develop and implement analytics and insights roadmap to help take decisions through data
·      Build relationships with clients to better understand their business, and to enable them to better understand how to use analytics to drive their business
·      Work with onsite and offshore team to structure solutions based on analytics tools and techniques
·      Provide an accurate level of effort estimates and delivery plans for projects and initiatives. Owns and support projects end-to-end.
·      Proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to management.
·      Collaborate and partner with teams across organization to understand their needs in analytics
·      Develop automation processes, and best practices, executes projects, & Ensure business needs are being met. Troubleshoots business and production issues.

-      Bachelors in Data Science, Business Analytics, CS, IT, Math, Stats
-      1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics consulting and professional services
-      1-3 years hands on experience in creating visualizations and dashboards through insights
-      Hands-on experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets.
-     1-3 years of experience working with Tableau and analyzing large datasets
-      1-3 years of experience analyzing data using Python/R
-      Strong SQL query skills and experience in BI Dashboards required
-      Experience with Exploratory Data Analysis
-      Must have exceptional and effective communication, organization, and time management skills
-      Must be pro-active and determined (Initiates action, Analytical and problem solver)
