Behavior Therapist - Austin, MN
Nexus-Gerard Family Healing is looking for a Behavior Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide assessment and treatment services to individuals, families, and groups, as well as facilitate partnership strategies with the community.

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- Provide assessments for evaluation and treatment planning.
- Provide family and individual therapy services to residents and their families.
- Participate in client discharge.
- Communicate with legal systems, schools and social service agencies and provide court testimony when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with governing agency and Nexus reporting requirements.
- Educate staff about family treatment integration theory and technique and its application to residents.
- Participate in staff meetings, program clinical team meetings, therapy clinical supervision sessions and in-service as required by Nexus.
Qualifications:
- Remain current on all required training and certifications.
- Masters degree in social work, psychology or clinically related field required.
- LP, LMFT or LICSW, LCPC or equivalent state designation for a masters level clinically related field strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license. Must meet state regulating agency driving requirements and pass corporate insurance eligibility standards.
