Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
- Maintaining compliance to standards of operations
- Actively support and supervise direct support professionals
- Interviewing, hiring, scheduling and evaluations of staff
- Serve as active member/advocate during annual ISP and IDT Meetings
- Create meaningful environments and activities to support interest, growth and development
- Planning and development of community-based activities
- Maintaining management systems in place to support mandates associated with operations

P.I.L.O.T. provides day & residential supports to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities utilizing a caring approach to supports being provided. Also, using a person-centered model, we identify activities of interest in both the home and day program settings to support development of activity and program schedules:
Community volunteering, trips to various parks, shopping excursions, beach trips, boardwalk walks, nature hikes, fishing, going to movie theaters, backyard BBQ’s, yard games, arts and crafts, and card games are just a few examples of activities managers can establish, direct and oversee.
To be considered:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have a verifiable High School Diploma required, BA or AA preferred
- Have experience in residential and day program management
- Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential
- Have valid driver's license
- Knowledge and experience with Therap (our electronic health record system) a plus
