Internship - HR and Human Development

HR and Human Development

We are looking for interns to serve on our Operations and HR team who share our passion for technology, education, and entrepreneurship. It is a 40 hour commitment per month initially and a ground-floor opportunity to help build something worthwhile.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the documentation of all company and cross-departmental processes, systems, and best practices
  • Support with project management of key operations deliverables
  • Support with HR admin tasks such as posting ads and keeping them updated
  • Have opportunity to contribute to other projects/functions as per interest
  • Build relationships with specific partners at all levels -- from interns to academic and administrative leadership
  • Participate in Company Wide Professional Development initiatives

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or proof of current enrollment required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
  • At least 3 months of experience in Human Resources or Operations
  • Interest in educational technologies, innovative business models, and digitization of education
  • Systems thinker with process mapping and documentation experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable working remotely
  • Proven ability to set priorities and manage expectations
  • Proactive team player who’s comfortable with ambiguity and a face-paced environment
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to produce and progress an agenda autonomously, without frequent direction or check-ins

Our internships are focused on education development, 21st-century skill mastery, leadership development, and analytical thinking. Additional trainings include:
  • Selection tests design
  • Recruitment and selection process
  • Job requisitions and career site postings
  • Interview question design
  • Onboarding process design
  • Instructional Design and Psychology

Additional Information:
24/7 Teach Interns are challenged to add value to projects and are encouraged to take risks, and think outside of the box. Our interns do not serve as assistants, work on projects that directly generate revenue for the organization, and do not displace regular employees.
