Budget/Finance Intern
The purpose of this position is to assist the Analysts with:
· Maintaining and formatting Excel sheets
· Assisting with data entry
· Assisting with preparing fiscal assessments for legislative bills
· Assisting during the Budget Process by:
- Maintaining budget requests
- Organizing the budget document
- Starting on the standard narrative information early in the Budget Process
- Working on budget book assignments
- Organizing documents for Commissioners Court
- Assisting Analysts with various administrative work
