International Operations Lead

Progressive family business looking for an enthusiastic International Operations Lead to facilitate seed production, sales, import and export shipping experience to join our team. Person should have strong communication skills, high follow thru, be flexible and eager to learn. 

A 4-year degree with a focus in business or accounting and/or 5+ years’ experience in agronomy and international import and export logistics. Focus will be on expanding international markets thru production, and industry involvement. Strong technology skills in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and accounting required. 

Full-time position requires seasonal schedule flexibility, and some domestic and international travel. The perfect candidate will appreciate cooperation that requires on site work at rural office, with beautiful views of Oregon agriculture.
