Head Golf Coach
Annville-Cleona School District, located in Lebanon County, PA, is currently accepting applications for the position of Head Golf Coach. Annville-Cleona is classified by the PIAA as a 2A school and competes in the Lancaster-Lebanon League Section IV.
Duties / Expectations:
The Head Coach is responsible for coordinating, supervising and instructing all aspects of the golf team, including but not limited to:
- Coordination of all practices, matches, and off-season workouts
- Player development and program advancement
- Selection, supervision, and oversee responsibilities of assistant coaches or volunteer coaches
- Interaction and promotion of the program within school / community
- Enforcement of PIAA, Lancaster-Lebanon League, and Annville-Cleona School District rules, regulations, and policies
- Coordination of schedules with the golf course
- Attendance at mandatory PIAA, league, and school meetings and other related events (including booster club activities and meetings)
Qualifications for this position include:
- Previous golf coaching experience at the school district level
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Coaching certification (preferred but not required to start but must be completed within 2 years)
