Sealing Technologies, Inc. is a Maryland-based company providing Cyber Security services and cutting-edge technologies to the Federal Government. SealingTech is looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our Technical Recruiter with administrative and HR-related tasks. If you are interested in exploring what a career in HR and/or recruiting can offer you and getting a closer look of how our company approaches recruiting and employee development, we would like to meet you. This internship program lasts for 11 weeks and is a paid position. The candidate will work no more than 30 hours in a work week and will have access to mentorship and other developmental opportunities including professional presentations, mock interviews and resume prep.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing for qualified candidates
- Assist HR with scheduling and confirming interviews
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Review and distribute company announcements in digital formats or hard copies
- Complete research on various HR topics
- Organize candidate’s data via ATS systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in related field
- Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher, please submit unofficial transcript with application
- Familiarity with databases
- Experience with MS Office
- Phenomenal organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- US Citizen
