Specialist, Analytics

General Summary: 
The Specialist, Analytics provides support to the entire Customer Service team by developing, facilitating, and implementing projects aimed to contribute to the overall company success. Primary duties will include ownership of data collection from company CRM and ERP databases, organize data to specified requirements, and conduct data analysis that supports development and implementation of project plans.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
1.   Collaborates with business stakeholders to collect, organize, and analyze data for the purpose of evaluating and improving business profitability. Develop projects, business models, action plans, process strategies, and metrics that will lead to high levels of customer satisfaction.
2.   Gathers and understands business requirements to conduct process mapping of current state and future state design to drive process and technology solutions.   
3.   Own the overall delivery of the projects, ensuring all aspects are working as required to deliver the intended value. Communicate and update project progress to business stakeholders.
4.   Identifies gaps in data output and processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
5.   Assists in the development and maintenance of customer service collateral library, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
6.   Gathers and assembles department reports and metrics. Keeps reoccurring reports and dashboards updated as scheduled.
7.   Assists team members on other activities as required.
 
Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:
1.   Bachelors’ degree in from a four-year college or university required; Aerospace, Business, or Computer Science highly preferred. 
2.   Previous project management experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Experience with Salesforce or other similar CRM.
3. Knowledge and experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
4.   Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Demonstrated experience with Excel and Power Point) required.
5.   Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
6.   Ability to research and interpret technical information, complex ideas and concepts and present information to audiences of all levels of understanding.

Physical Requirements:
1.   Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
2.   Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
3.   Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
4.   Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
5.   Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
6.   Effectively communicate in Business English language.
7.   Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
8.   Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided “reach assistance technology” or “movement assist technology” (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly’s, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.
