We are seeking analysts to join our team of sixteen existing investment professionals. Analysts will meet with current and prospective investment managers across all asset classes, monitor existing investments, research new investment managers, present in weekly investment team meetings, and lead special projects. The role will include occasional domestic and international travel, typically to major financial centers. Analysts will learn the fundamentals of asset allocation and the process of selecting high-quality managers and investments. They will receive on-the-job training in financial modeling and due diligence techniques. Our small team sits together in an open office where analysts will have the opportunity to work closely with senior investment team members and contribute actively to team deliberations.
Analysts must be critical thinkers, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and unafraid to ask questions or give opinions. Analysts must possess strong qualitative judgment as well as quantitative aptitude, must be interested in investing, and must be driven to work hard within a high performance team-oriented environment. Analysts must have a strong personal fit with our non-hierarchical, no ego, intellectually honest, meritocratic culture. We value excellent academic performance and we look for demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting. We will consider candidates from all majors and courses of study.
