Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)

We are looking for dynamic, curious, hustlers who take complete ownership of winning and getting results. Even more, we are looking for individuals who understand it is the discipline in executing the little things that drive success.

In this new role, you will be the champion and face of Egen to top talent outside of our walls and will help build a delivery process that delivers exceptional software teams quickly. We don't rely on job boards so we are looking for a magnet for professionals who seriously THRIVES on the hunt. Finding, connecting, and engaging with all kinds of talented people is your thing.




What you'll do:

  • Establish scalable processes that deliver high-performing software engineering teams with fast and consistent results.
  • Establish and deliver through effective multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • Implement an effective internal employee referral program
  • Expand hiring capacity through new and diversified talent pools across career levels and demographics.
  • Expand the Egen employer brand by developing pipelines of the areas best software engineers and providing them with valuable professional relationships 
  • Improve quality AND quantity of qualified interviews and hires.
