Technical Recruiter (Entry Level)

In this new role, you will be the champion and face of Egen to top talent outside of our walls and will help build a delivery process that delivers exceptional software teams quickly. We don't rely on job boards so we are looking for a magnet for professionals who seriously THRIVES on the hunt. Finding, connecting, and engaging with all kinds of talented people is your thing.
What you'll do:
- Establish scalable processes that deliver high-performing software engineering teams with fast and consistent results.
- Establish and deliver through effective multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Implement an effective internal employee referral program
- Expand hiring capacity through new and diversified talent pools across career levels and demographics.
- Expand the Egen employer brand by developing pipelines of the areas best software engineers and providing them with valuable professional relationships
- Improve quality AND quantity of qualified interviews and hires.
