Management Trainee - Agent Aspirant Fast Track Development Program

This proven, well established agency is looking for a committed individual, that is highly motivated to succeed and looking to grow with the backup of the industry leader- State Farm. The successful candidate will be eligible to participate in the company’s fast track development program within a year that offers various career tracks including Sales, Business Management, Agency Ownership, and a corporate track for long-term fulfillment. Management Trainee Sample Job Function:
- Insurance Sales using the office lead management process, referrals, local events, internet leads, and walk- in traffic. This will include gathering data to comprise quotes, recording entries and completing the follow up steps in order to close business.
- Servicing existing and new clients in office, over the phone and their residence in rare occasions. This will include changes to the policies, billing, coverage questions, issuing vehicle ID cards, certificates of insurance, & any other industry related services.
- Mastering software systems, phone systems and data bases in order to provide quotes and customer service.
- High proficiency of verbal and written sales skills such as answering phones, answering emails, greeting customers, filing paperwork, obtaining information, coordinating appointments, & collecting premium.
- Event Coordinating and working to include, but not limited to trade shows, local events organizations and charities. Participating in a professional manner to facilitate company sales at said events.
- Implementing strategic marketing and sales plans initiated by management
- Managing our on-line footprint with social media including Facebook, Snap chat, & Twitter.

Career Requirements
- Enrolled in a program to complete a college/university degree or currently holds a Bachelor’s degree or other designation or experience equal to
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal and ability to solve problems and persuade
- Computer knowledge with ability to learn new software quickly. Training will be provided on specific programs.
- Customer Service experience in retail or phone based operations & Sales experience, a plus.
- PA State Insurance license certifications (Property & Casualty, Life/Accident & Health subsequently) – although not necessary at selection, will be needed for position.
