Revenue Operations Business Analyst Intern

8x8’s Revenue Operations – The Global Transformation team within the Revenue Operations, is looking for a Business Analyst to help look at the mapping of our processes within the Controllerships Organization. the right candidate will come in and work without Sr Project Manager within Revenue Operations and look at our processes End to End.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively work with internal 8x8 departments with the Controllerships organization to understand Process flows.
- Take a fresh look at our Processes, Policies, and Technology to identify current Gaps or possible synergies.
- Look at some data analytics and identify key metrics and areas of opportunity to improve.
- Learn how to navigate through business organizations.
- The ability to review existing Processes and business flows and Create New ones to help gain efficiencies.
- Make every effort to provide recommendations to improve the overall workflows within the Controllerships organization.
- Build documentation to help with Change ManagementPartners with the Department leaders to drive process improvements.
- Lead Process improvements to build efficiencies and look for Automation.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Docs.
- Strong Analytical background.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive as well as having strong interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent probing and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communications.
- Ability to summarize and communicate findings effectively to Management.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle ad hoc requests.
- Provide a summary of your findings to be shared with our Executives.
- Ad hoc Reporting Team player – Ability to use a collaborative approach to problem-solving while maintaining/fostering good working relationships.
