Customer Service/Receptionist

Receptionist/Dispatcher Customer Service

  • Answer calls and transfer to correct department
  • Greet Walk-ins
  • Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls
  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions, enter call in system
  • Receive and dispatch orders 
  • Assess situation and prioritize calls 
  • Oversee the route of field technicians to direct to next call
  • Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
  • Inform field techs and clients about orders
  • Track and update calls data in software programs
  • Provide reports to upper management

Experience and Requirements
  • Experience in data entry
  • Must Speak English and Spanish
  • Hands on experience working in stressful, emergency situations
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
