Worth Telecom Advisors is a subsidiary company of SBA Network Services, LLC that serves as a telecommunications consultant/agent specializing in cable access agreements and communications infrastructure. The primary function of this position will be to support the Worth Telecom Advisors team in the establishment of new service provider agreements for property owners within Worth’s client portfolio. This position is responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to: collection of data, routine follow up with service providers to collect information and/or response to pending action items, information tracking and maintenance of property status, and facilitation of the review process for new service provider agreements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review current client and service provider contracts to identify opportunities for new service agreements.
- Secure new service provider agreements by preparing requests for proposals (RFP’s) and through routine follow-up with service providers for all client properties that meet eligibility standards.
- Act as a liaison between assigned property owners and service providers in obtaining initial property data and supporting information.
- Maintain an up to date and accurate system of record that includes recent notes and a history of status changes within system (Smartsheets) for each client property.
- Provide routine client reporting that depicts accurate and simplified statistics in efforts to promote overall understanding and awareness of client property agreements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between Worth’s client portfolio and service providers as needed.
- Create and distribute adhoc reports as requested by Executives.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ equivalent experience in contracts and the telecommunications industry.
- 3-5 years’ of relevant experience working in Sales, Operations and/or Customer Service oriented roles.
- Telecommunications experience is preferred, but not required.
- Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
- Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency in the use of data management software.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend documents such as ground leases.
- Ability to communicate to management the goals, strategy and results of sales results.
- Effectively present information to internal and external clients, as well as top management.
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, and volume.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to define and prioritize problems, collects and organizes data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and projections.
