Writing Tutor
Requirements:
· Completed one semester of college level coursework
· Enrolled for credit at UW-Parkside
· Suggested cumulative GPA of at least a 2.8; priority consideration given to those with a 3.0 GPA.
· Received an A or B in course/s you wish to tutor
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Responsibilities
· Tutor students in specific course material and/or skill areas, integrate study and learning strategies to promote independent learning.
· Make appropriate referrals to other campus resources
· Follow all procedures and policies set by the Parkside Academic Resource Center
· Report immediately to the PARC Manager when critical issue(s) arises
· Attend and participate in Tutor meetings as scheduled
Work 4 – 15 hours per week starting in Fall 2021
