**Description:**

This is an inbound sales job. Our main focus will be working with renters who are interested in reserving a boat $1,500 or greater in value. At this level, we find human interaction can provide the best results.

To pursue this threshold of clientele, you will be reaching out to renters, boat owners and captains. You will be making calls, emails, and texts to these users with the goal of getting a confirmed trip or helping with any aspect of an already confirmed trip. The day-to-day will consist of working out of salesforce, our CRM tool, in order to navigate your leads and mark follow up task reminders for those leads. In addition you may be asked to help with account management of specific owner accounts, and work with owners to maximize their performance.

Ultimately, we want our users to have the best experience possible while going through the reservation process!

Your organization and task management skills need to be top tier to be good at this job. Experience with retail, front of house, customer service and sales are all great backgrounds.

By the end of the summer you will have gained knowledge of the boat and yacht charter industry. In addition you will receive a great introduction and real time experience using a CRM tool which numerous other companies utilize.

**Responsibilities:**

* High numbers of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts

* Converting high dollar bookings by all means necessary

* Communicating any issues with the correct department

* Updating CRM database with all activities

* Working closely with all team members to make sure every experience occurs as smoothly as possible

**Qualifications:**

* Currently enrolled in College (All majors welcome)

* Tenacity

* Experience with calling and communicating on the phone

* Ability to deal with change and new game plans

* If you like or know boat stuff, extra points

* Desire to learn about startups

* Working towards a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
