Behavior Health Technician
Laila Way Behavioral Services is looking to expand our clinical team! Applicants who are bilingual are encouraged to apply! We pride ourselves on providing function-based treatment to the individuals we serve. We are currently expanding our company and are looking for qualified Behavior Health Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians. We also encourage graduate students working towards their BCBA to apply, supervision hours can be arranged. We are currently looking for individuals interested in working in the Philadelphia area and possibly the surrounding counties.
- Responsible for providing one-on-one interventions to children or adolescents in the clinic, home, school, daycare, or other community settings.
- Will work under the guidance and leadership of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Specialist.
- Specific services include: direct instruction utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior, implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
- Social Skills training, data collection, and collaboration with other team members serving each student and support to the school and home caregivers
- Collecting data about students’ behaviors through direct observation.
- Assisting BCBAs as directed with behavior reduction assessments and skill acquisition plans.
- Teaching students the specific behavior skills called for in treatment plans.
- Nurturing students’ social skills.
- Communicating behavioral intervention results in students’ parents and caregivers.
We are looking for candidates who have their RBT certification or have completed their RBT coursework. We do offer the RBT coursework for hired candidates.

- Act 151: Child Abuse Clearance
- Act 114: FBI – Federal Criminal History Clearance
- Mandated Reporting Certificate
