Associate

For immediate hire - applicants should have graduated by end of February.

Associates develop innovative solutions to complex client problems, drive change, and enhance clients’ bottom-line performance.
 
Associates are responsible for the following:
  • Lead case team problem solving by designing and executing research and analytic paths and translating results into practical client solutions.
  • Clearly present complex information to clients and senior management
  • Supervise Analysts and new Associates
  • Contribute to firm operations, including recruiting and training
 
We are looking for bright, driven individuals with:
  •  A PhD or MBA, or a B.S. and at least 3 years of consulting experience
  • Superior quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn rapidly
  • Ability to interact with clients and affect change
