Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for college graduates that are able to work full-time in our Miami Beach offices.

The Role
SDRs are responsible for pre-qualifying new prospects and scheduling demos for Account Executives. We do not believe in aggressive sales tricks. Majority of the people you will speak with have found us on their own, are genuinely interested in our product, and are actively looking for a solution to their problem.
  1. SDRs are responsible for calling our new prospects as soon as they sign up to a free trial.
  2. The goal is to pre-qualify them and make sure we're the right fit before their next call or demo.
  3. SDRs will also reach out to older leads that have never signed up to see if now is a better time.
  4. When their is downtime, SDRs will prospect to find new customers through calling, email outreach, and social media channels.

Qualifications
  1. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
  2. Types at least 35 word per minute (test your speed)
  3. Tech-savvy and good with computers

Bonus Points
  1. Any previous experience working in sales, account management, or outbound sales is a major plus
  2. Multiple languages is a plus, but not necessary

Additional Information
  • You will work directly with our co-founder and VP of business development.
  • The pay is a combination of a base salary plus commission. You are expected to make over $50,000 on your first year. If you are able and willing to put in the hard work to become the very best, there is unlimited potential for how much you can earn.
  • High performing SDRs will be able to grow into an Account Executive role and make over $100k/year.
