Senior Financial Analyst (MBA Graduate)

There is potential to make impact in one of several critical arms of our Finance organization (ex: Sales Finance, Business Unit Finance, Audit, FP&A, Controllership, among others) . Depending on the specific placement, you’ll do this by obtaining financial data and performing financial analysis and reporting to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives and/or by driving the forecasting process by reviewing trends within the business and ensuring alignment with business—and corporate-wide goals, whilst ensuring adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting

How you will make your mark

·You will provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising an exceptional understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.

· You will consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

·You will forecast financial results within a broad scope.

· You will lead business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.

·You will identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.

·You will represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross functional planning processes.

·You will provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.

· You will have the ability to influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with directors and Vice President (VP)s.

About you

You will have earned an advanced degree with a focus in business or economics prior to your start date; accounting certification (e.g., Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

· You have 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

· You are experienced in more than one finance function.

· You have an excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.

· You have excellent analytical skills.

· You have excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

· You have excellent communication and influencing skills.

· You have superior teamwork skills

· You have exceptional business acumen.

· You have good project management skills.
