Product Manager, Customer Workflows (Outbound)

The Customer Workflows business unit products enable organizations to create seamless customer experiences and drive fierce customer loyalty. Our products, Customer Service Management and Field Service Management, deliver omnichannel customer engagements, while uniting the front, middle, and back office to help teams resolve issues faster, and drive great experiences through our products.
The Role
Outbound Product Managers are key to help us scale as we continue to be one of the fastest growing business units at ServiceNow. Outbound Product Managers combine a deep understanding of product capabilities, and market and competitive dynamics, with a passion to inform roadmap and help our Digital Customers & Partner ecosystem understand the value we deliver. This role will be responsible for supporting competitive strategy within the Customer Workflows product area.
What you get to do in this role:
Support the Customer Workflow product organization’s competitive efforts to inform a holistic competitive strategy and vision to establish ServiceNow’s leadership in the customer service and field service markets
· Conduct primary and secondary competitive research with a technical focus on supporting product management roadmap strategy and maintaining a current view of the competitive landscape
· Orchestrate efforts across the product team to create, maintain and improve competitive content library working across the product teams with subject matter expertise.
· Write competitive analysis summaries, insights and conclusions including one-pagers, presentations, internal memos.
· Partner with marketing to inform creation of differentiating messaging & positioning

· Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.
· High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
